First Post on New Blog

So, I’ve decided, after much hemming and hawing as far as Blogger was concerned, to give Typepad a try.  I figure since I’ve been at this whole blogging thing for a while now, and I’m looking to make a go at it, I might as well upgrade and be willing to put a wee bit of my own funds into the venture.  Well, technically, now it’s the government’s funds, since I’m living on student loans.  But whatever.  I’m looking forward to testing it out over the next month for free to see if I want to stick with it.  I’m currently trying to familiarize myself with how the whole thing works, so blogging might be light – or odd – as a result. 

Hopefully, this will also fix my recent display woes with blogger.  We shall see about that. 

Stay tuned and be patient with the many changes.  I’m hoping it’ll be worth it in the end.
